These Terms of Service govern your use of whoopla.shop and the purchase of products from our site. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of Service & Acceptance

We offer general merchandise for sale online. We do not accept customized or personalized product orders. All products are shipped only within the United States (50 states), as detailed in our Shipping Policy. If you access our site from outside the US, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

2. Account Registration

You do not need to register an account to browse our website. To make a purchase, you may checkout as a guest via PayPal. If you choose to create an account (optional), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You may not use our site for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• You may not interfere with the security features or disrupt the website.
• Any fraudulent order will be reported to authorities.

4. Pricing, Taxes, and Fees

All product prices are listed in USD. Prices do not include shipping (shipping is free, see Shipping Policy). Prices may or may not include taxes; any applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on your shipping address. There are no hidden or optional fees. All final charges are displayed before you confirm payment.

For cancelled orders, any non-refundable fees charged by third-party payment processors (PayPal, issuing banks) cannot be refunded by us.

We accept PayPal. By placing an order, you authorize PayPal to charge your selected funding source. Payment is processed at the time of order. We briefly describe the payment flow: select PayPal, log in or enter card details, complete payment.

Shipping: Free Standard Shipping only to USA; 5:00 PM PT cut-off; no installation. Refunds: Only for defects/damage reported within 72h (damage) / 30 days (defect). Refund to original payment source within 3 business days of return receipt. See full policies.

Our website and products are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall Whoopla.shop be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts. You consent to venue and jurisdiction there.

No “final interpretation” clause exists in this agreement. Any ambiguity shall be resolved according to the plain meaning of the text and applicable law.
